This notice covers getklos.com. The Klos app has its own privacy policy.

If you ask to try Klos.

We collect your email address and, if you give them, your first name and how you heard about Klos. We also record which link brought you to the page, the wording you agreed to, and when you confirmed. We use this for one thing: to write to you about a place in testing and when Klos opens. We don’t sell it or use it for advertising.

Who helps us.

Supabase stores your details. Resend sends our emails. Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

How long we keep it.

If you don’t confirm within 48 hours, we delete your details. If you confirm, we keep them until you unsubscribe, which deletes them.

Your choices.

Every email we send has a link to unsubscribe and delete your details. Use it, and we delete them straight away.

Cookies.

getklos.com uses no tracking cookies and no analytics.
