The documents life keeps asking for.
Klos is where you keep your important documents, so they’re ready whenever you need them.
Ask to try KlosThe quiet problem
The document exists. The useful version is somewhere else.
The school form is in Mail. The lease is on an old laptop. The renewal PDF is in Photos beside a picture of a parking space.
Klos is for the small set of documents life keeps asking for, and for the work of keeping that set useful.
How it works
Find it fast. Keep what belongs together.
- 01
Give the document a home.
Scan it, import it, or send it to Klos from the place it arrived. Add the name and dates that will help you find the right document later. Klos reminds you 60, 30 and 7 days before something expires, and on the day.
- 02
Find it by typing.
When someone asks for it, type a few letters and there it is.
- 03
Assemble the moment early.
A Pouch gathers the documents a single situation calls for. The document stays one document, even when it belongs to more than one moment.
Sharing
Share with more control.
Send a link instead of an attachment. The person you send it to opens it in a browser and doesn’t need Klos. You see when it’s opened, and how many times. When they’re done, stop sharing, and new opens are refused.
Choose view only or allow download. If you allow download, what they save is theirs.
Send a document in Klos, and they get their own copy in their vault.
Then the household
One vault for two.
Some documents belong to more than one person. Share a vault with one person you trust. You can both add, open and replace what’s in it.
We can’t read what’s in your vault.
Klos encrypts each document on your phone before it’s uploaded. A link carries its own key, so anyone with the full link can open it. Send links for documents you’d hand over anyway.
