If you believe content shared through Klos infringes your copyright, please send a notice that complies with 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) to our designated agent:

Your notice should include: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to locate it; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Klos will respond to valid notices in accordance with 17 U.S.C. §512. We may terminate accounts of users found to be repeat infringers.

For counter-notices under 17 U.S.C. §512(g), please send to the same address; we will forward to the original notifier per the statute.
